My Background

Before founding Red Thread Leadership Lab, I spent over 25 years as a corporate brand and marketing strategist, developing leaders, building purpose-driven brands, and generating more than $2.5 million in personal sales as an entrepreneur. I closed my marketing firm (Red Thread Brands) to focus solely on helping Executive Coaches make a difference in the world.

I founded RTLL because I discovered a hard truth for myself, my coaching colleagues, and clients: most standard brand, marketing, and sales tactics just don’t work for Executive Coaches whose work is rooted in connection, authenticity, and impact. I love working with coaches who are just starting out, ready to leave their corporate gig, or have already started a business but are struggling to reach their ideal clients. I offer one-on-one coaching and consulting, and a jump-start mini-course, “From Coaching Practice to Coaching Business.”
