My Background

Before founding Red Thread Leadership Lab, I spent over 25 years as a corporate brand and marketing strategist, developing leaders, building purpose-driven brands, and generating more than $2.5 million in personal sales as an entrepreneur. I closed my 10-person marketing firm (Red Thread Brands) to focus solely on helping women in business and executive coaches make a difference in the world.
